This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for travel packages booked through DreamVacations. These terms are also confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
Requesting a quote or itinerary is free. No payment is collected, and no booking is made, until you have reviewed and approved the full itinerary and itemized price.
These windows apply to our planning fee and any portion of your payment we hold directly. Amounts paid to third-party lodging or activity providers are subject to those providers' own cancellation policies, which we will disclose to you before booking.
To cancel a booking, email support@dreamvacations.buzz or call +1 (888) 555-0156 with your booking reference. We will confirm your cancellation and any applicable refund in writing within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of confirmation.
If you'd like to change your travel dates or destination instead of cancelling, contact us as early as possible — we'll do our best to accommodate changes without cancellation fees, subject to availability and third-party provider policies.
In cases of severe weather, government travel advisories, or other circumstances outside our control, we will work with you on rebooking or refund options on a case-by-case basis.
